Bertrice lettuce seeds

Crisp lettuce for late spring, summer and early autumn cultivation. Heads with a high degree of uniformity, spherical, slightly flattened with a slightly funnel-shaped base facilitating harvest. High tolerance to bolting and leaf edge dieback in summer cultivation. Very high overall health, including tolerance to Fusarium wilt of lettuce race 4. Very good internal structure, short core and long harvesting window. A versatile variety, excellent for the salad industry, but also for carton packaging for retail trade. Excellent flavour qualities appreciated by consumers.
