Description
ACTION OF NICORN 040 SC :
Nicorn 040 SC is a systemic herbicide intended for post-emergence control of Echinochloa crus-galli and some dicotyledonous weeds in maize cultivation. The product is applied foliar - the active substances are mainly absorbed through the leaves and then rapidly translocated within the plant. The first symptoms of the product's action, such as growth and development inhibition, are visible shortly after application, followed by gradual discoloration of the plants until the weeds completely die about 20-25 days after treatment. The product is most effective on young, vigorously growing weeds at the 2-4 leaf stage. Warm and humid weather accelerates the product's action.
