A variety for very long storage, a few days later than Centro. A strong root system allows for record yields on good soils and high yields even on poorer sites. Bulbs are spherical with very strong skin, exceptionally firm, enabling high bulk storage. A large proportion of bulbs have a single growth point. The green shoots are upright, strongly growing, leaves are broad and numerous, neck thin. The variety is distinguished by strong vigour throughout the growing season, starting from the seedling stage. Recommended sowing rate approx. 3.2-3.8 units/ha.
