Pietruszka Alba

Medium-late variety intended for direct consumption, processing and long-term storage. Roots are shaped like an elongated cone, resistant to browning. The flesh is aromatic, white, non-darkening (healthy leaves), very firm. Resistant to diseases affecting parsley during storage. On heavy soils, it is better to cultivate it on ridges.
