Description
Potassium chloride 25kg Everris 0-0-61 Select KCl 25kg
Select KCl in field crops can replace potassium nitrate, being a source of readily available potassium for plants, while limiting nitrate accumulation in the soil. It excellently affects the water management of plants, increases their resistance to diseases and frost, and improves fruit quality.
- Improves fruit quality, increases plant resistance to diseases and frost,
- Limits nitrate accumulation,
- Suitable for fertigation when water EC is below 0.6 mS/cm,
- High solubility and ease of use.
When to use Select KCl:
- In soil cultivation,
- When the EC of irrigation water is below 0.6 mS/cm,
- In chloride-tolerant crops when there is a need to intensify fruit flavour,
- When it is necessary to improve plant resistance to diseases, periodic water shortages, low temperatures.
Chloride-loving plants: sugar beet, fodder beet, chard, celery.
Plants partially tolerant to chlorides: potato, cereals, maize, oilseed rape, asparagus, tomato, cabbage, carrot, leek, pome fruits, black currant.
Plants sensitive to chlorides: high-starch potato, red currant, gooseberry, raspberry, strawberry, pome and stone fruits, cucumber, onion, greenhouse crops.
Application:
Select KCl is a single phosphorus fertiliser with high solubility - 330 g/l in water at 20 degrees Celsius.
It is a fertiliser intended for use in field crops, must not be applied in protected cultivation or when the EC of irrigation water is high. It can be mixed with other fertilisers from the Select group and multi-nutrient fertilisers (NPK).
Do not use in chloride-sensitive crops, salt-sensitive crops, or when water EC is high.
Precise fertilisation recommendations, considering specific farm conditions, are developed based on water analysis results. Please contact ICL advisors.
Before first use of Select KCl or when changing applied doses, we recommend testing on a small area of the crop. Due to varied cultivation conditions beyond our control, ICL does not accept responsibility for negative effects of fertiliser use.
