HOW SACRON WG WORKS:

Sacron WG is a specialised systemic fungicide, designed for the professional protection of potato crops against potato late blight. The product is available in a convenient water-dispersible granule form, which facilitates the preparation of the spray solution. Its unique feature is the ability to act both preventively and interventively. The active substance penetrates plant tissues, enabling the product to halt disease development even in the early infection phase (up to 1-2 days after infection). To ensure full spectrum protection and prevent pathogen resistance, Sacron WG is intended for use in tank mixes with contact-acting products, creating a tight protective barrier on leaves and stems.

How to use Sacron WG:

Potato

Potato late blight.

Important: Use the product only in tank mixes with plant protection products containing mancozeb (e.g. Penncozeb 80 WP or Vondozeb 75 WG), according to their registration labels.

Maximum dose for single application: 0.22 kg/ha.

Recommended dose for single application: 0.22 kg/ha.

Application timing:

- Perform the first treatment according to disease forecasting or:

- Early varieties: during canopy closure between rows.

- Late varieties: at the onset of first disease symptoms in early varieties in the area.

- Subsequent treatments as needed every 7-10 days.

Maximum number of treatments per growing season: 4.

Recommended water volume: 200-600 l/ha (use higher volumes in dense crops or with well-developed foliage).

Recommended spraying: fine droplets.

Anti-resistance strategy:

It is recommended to use products containing cymoxanil for no more than half of the planned treatments in the season and alternate with fungicides having different modes of action.
