ACTION OF CEVINO 500 SC:

Cevino 500 SC is a professional herbicide designed for effective autumn control of a wide range of monocotyledonous weeds, including the particularly troublesome blackgrass, and some dicotyledonous weeds. The product is a concentrated suspension that easily dilutes with water. It acts both in the soil and on the leaves, providing flexibility in application timing.

The main active substance, flufenacet, is absorbed by the roots and hypocotyl of germinating weeds. Due to its activity in the soil for several weeks after treatment, Cevino 500 SC maintains high weed control efficacy for a long time, which prevents secondary weed emergence.

The best results are achieved by applying the product during weed germination or just after emergence, at the seedling stage, and optimal soil moisture significantly supports its action. Cevino 500 SC can be used alone or in mixtures with other herbicides, allowing for an extended spectrum of weed control and adaptation of the protection strategy to the field's specifics.

Effect on weeds

Pre-emergence application:

1. Product used alone: 0.24-0.3 l/ha

Sensitive weeds: blackgrass, barren brome, perennial ryegrass.

Moderately resistant weeds: common chickweed, volunteer oilseed rape.

Resistant weeds: cornflower, field violet, purple dead-nettle, scentless mayweed, ground ivy (moderately resistant at higher dose), cleavers, chamomile (moderately resistant at higher dose), blackgrass.

2. Product used in mixture: Cevino 500 SC 0.24-0.3 l/ha + Saper 500 SC/Adiunkt 500 SC/Herubin 500 SC 0.2 l/ha

Sensitive weeds: field violet, common chickweed, purple dead-nettle, blackgrass, scentless mayweed, ground ivy, cleavers, chamomile, volunteer oilseed rape, barren brome, perennial ryegrass.

Moderately sensitive weeds: cornflower, blackgrass.

Post-emergence application:

1. Product used alone: 0.24-0.3 l/ha

Sensitive weeds: blackgrass, barren brome, perennial ryegrass.

Moderately sensitive weeds: chamomile.

Application timing: Apply the product at one of the following timings:

1. In autumn, pre-emergence (BBCH 00 - 09).

Maximum dose for single application: 0.3 l/ha

Recommended dose for single application: 0.24-0.3 l/ha

To increase product efficacy, it is recommended to use Cevino 500 SC in mixture with Saper 500 SC/Adiunkt 500 SC/Herubin 500 SC at the following doses:

Cevino 500 SC 0.24 l/ha + Saper 500 SC/Adiunkt 500 SC/Herubin 500 SC 0.2 l/ha

or

Cevino 500 SC 0.3 l/ha + Saper 500 SC/Adiunkt 500 SC/Herubin 500 SC 0.2 l/ha

2. In autumn, post-emergence from first leaf to beginning of tillering of cereals (BBCH 11-20).

Maximum dose for single application: 0.35 l/ha

Recommended dose for single application: 0.24-0.35 l/ha

To increase product efficacy, it is recommended to use Cevino 500 SC in mixture with Saper 500 SC/Adiunkt 500 SC/Herubin 500 SC at the following doses:
