Description
OLOMOUC PARSLEY - VARIETY CHARACTERISTICS
Olomouc Parsley is a late root variety valued for its commercial quality and reliability in cultivation. It produces exceptionally well-shaped, long roots with smooth, light skin and dense, white-cream flesh. The plants tolerate water shortages and variable weather conditions well, making them suitable for cultivation in both better and poorer sites. Olomouc stands out for very good resistance to storage diseases, allowing long storage without quality loss. When grown on ridges, it yields particularly high yield.
