PESTICLEAN is a liquid product for cleaning sprayers, which removes residues of plant protection products and other deposits, including greasy substances.

PESTICLEAN removes residues of plant protection products including sulfonylurea herbicides (e.g. chlorsulfuron, sulfonfulfuron, flupyrsulfuron methyl, rimsulfuron, tifensulfuron methyl, tribenuron methyl, triflusulfuron methyl, nikosulfuron etc.).

Composition: a mixture of surfactants in an aqueous solution.

PESTICLEAN can be used to clean tanks, filters, nozzles, booms, hoses and external parts of sprayers.

Recommended dose: from 0.2 to 0.25 L/100 L of water.
The amount of spray liquid for cleaning sprayers should be adjusted to the size of the sprayer tank so that it is possible to cover the entire internal surface of the sprayer tank with the solution.

Sprayer cleaning instructions
It is best to clean the sprayer at a specially adapted station that allows the collection and neutralisation of active substances from plant protection products.

Sprayers without a cleaning system
Dose: 0.25 litres per 100 litres of water.

1. Empty the sprayer tank of remaining spray liquid and rinse with clean water with the agitator on for about 10 minutes. Spray out the liquid through the nozzles.
2. Pour a small amount of clean water into the tank, add the measured amount of PESTICLEAN and top up with clean water to the desired volume.
3. Turn on the agitator and rinse the system for about 15 minutes.
4. After cleaning, spray out half of the liquid through the nozzles and half through the boom.
5. Rinse the system with clean water.

Sprayers with a cleaning system
Dose: 0.2 litres per 100 litres of water   
Follow the instructions of the sprayer cleaning system.

To clean sprayers externally, use a pressure washer.
