Defoma
DEFOMA is a highly concentrated adjuvant with defoaming properties, designed for the rapid elimination of foam in sprayer tanks. Thanks to its low viscosity formula, the product instantly disperses in the working liquid, removing existing foam.
Description
HOW DOES THE DEFOMA ADJUVANT WORK?
Excessive foaming of the working liquid is a common problem when preparing mixtures with boron fertilisers, plant protection products or growth regulators. Foam hinders the proper filling of the tank, can lead to product losses and distortion of the solution concentration. DEFOMA effectively eliminates these problems.
Key Advantages of the Defoamer:
- Immediate Action: Eliminates foam within seconds of being added to the tank, allowing work to continue without unnecessary delays.
- High Efficiency: Effective even at extremely low concentrations, making it a very economical solution.
- Versatility: Works perfectly with a full range of chemical products: herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, foliar fertilisers and growth regulators.
- Ease of Use: The low viscosity of the product prevents it from settling at the bottom and does not require intensive mechanical mixing to start working.
- Long-lasting Effect: Not only removes existing foam but maintains its activity throughout the treatment.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND DOSAGE:
DEFOMA is a ready-to-use product. It should be added to the sprayer tank during filling with water or immediately after noticing foaming problems in the liquid.
Standard dose: 5 – 10 ml per 100 litres of working liquid
Example dose for 1000 l: 50 – 100 ml
Application method: directly into the sprayer tank
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:
Composition: Specialist surfactants with antifoaming properties.
Compatibility: Safe for most agricultural chemical products (does not alter their biological properties).
Storage: Stable low viscosity formula, easy to store and dose even at lower temperatures.
To avoid foaming problems from the very beginning, add the DEFOMA adjuvant as one of the first ingredients when filling the tank with water (before adding plant protection products that tend to foam). Remember to follow safety rules and wear protective clothing when working with agricultural chemicals.
