Description
MODE OF ACTION OF PROTIOSTAR:
Protiostar is a fungicide in the form of a concentrate for preparing an aqueous emulsion with systemic action. The product is intended for preventive as well as curative use in protection against diseases caused by fungi.
PROTIOSTAR ACTIVE SUBSTANCE CONTENT:
prothioconazole - 250 g/l (24.87%)
SCOPE OF USE, TIMINGS AND DOSES:
The product is intended for use with self-propelled or tractor-mounted field sprayers.
How to use Protiostar:
Winter wheat
powdery mildew of cereals and grasses, septoria leaf blotch of wheat (medium control level), brown rust of wheat, yellow rust of cereals and grasses.
Maximum / recommended dose for single application: 0.8 l/ha
Application timing: Use the product in spring, preventively or at the first symptoms of diseases, from the beginning of stem elongation to the beginning of flowering: first anthers visible (BBCH 30-61).
Number of treatments: 2
fusarium head blight (medium control level)
Application timing: Use the product preventively or at the first symptoms of the disease, from the end of heading (head fully visible) to the end of flowering (all florets have finished flowering) (BBCH 59-69).
Number of treatments: 1
Maximum number of treatments per growing season: 2
Interval between treatments: at least 14 days.
Recommended water volume: 100-400 l/ha
Recommended spraying: fine droplet.
