Ratimor 20g wax blocks - a rodenticide valued throughout Europe for mice, black and brown rats. Also controls other rodents - voles, moles, martens. Available in 20g wax block form. Made from grain crumbs. Contains very potent active substance brodifacoum and Bitrex (a bitter-tasting substance that prevents accidental ingestion by humans and pets).
Paraffin blocks are enhanced with scent and flavour boosters, making the poison attractive to rodents and readily consumed even when natural food sources are nearby. It is 50% more attractive compared to regular food. Thanks to strong luring aromas, it is more effective than other rodenticides and does not cause suspicion among rodents.
Ratimor wax block rodenticide is effective against all rodents. It can be used indoors and outdoors, provided it is protected from moisture (e.g. placed in a bait station). Typical application sites include: basements, garages, attics, shopping centres, farms (excluding plant product storage areas), grocery stores, restaurants, warehouses, areas around buildings and other places frequented by unwanted rodents. Ideal for use in agricultural product warehouses (where goods are not stored loose), livestock farms, industrial plants.

Why is using Ratimor rat poison the best possible choice?
Uncontrolled rodent populations often damage objects and building structures, causing significant financial losses. Pipes, electrical wiring, wood, insulation, furniture and even building structures are commonly damaged by tunnelling and gnawing rodents. Additionally, these animals pose a real health risk to humans - transmitting diseases such as salmonellosis and leptospirosis. Moreover, rodents cause noise and disturb sleep with their nocturnal activity, leading to stress for residents and animals. Rodent contamination of food is also a major problem. Rats, mice and other rodents contaminate food with droppings, urine and fur, rendering it unfit for consumption.
To avoid these problems, use an effective poison that will be readily consumed by rodents. Ratimor poison is enhanced with aromatic and flavour additives, making it more attractive to rodents than ordinary food. It contains a strong active substance that causes physiological changes immediately after ingestion by rats, mice or other rodents. Additionally, the poison contains Bitrex - a bitter substance that prevents accidental ingestion by pets and humans, especially children. Thanks to these properties, Ratimor poison is the best way to control unwanted rodents.
How to use Ratimor wax block poison for rats and mice?
1. Conduct preliminary site inspection to identify rodent species, activity areas, probable cause and infestation level, then select appropriate dose.
2. Remove other potential food sources for rodents (e.g. spilled grain or food residues).
3. Place poison in rodent habitats. These are rooms where fresh droppings or gnawed objects are visible.
4. Nests, burrows and rodent pathways are the best places to distribute poison. Place Ratimor poison along room walls in bait stations or deratisation stations secured against unwanted opening.
5. During use, regularly check the area and remove dead rodents, as well as monitor poison quantity in bait stations. Replenish as needed. Continue replenishing until the rodent problem is resolved.
Ratimor wax block rat and mouse poison - usage guidelines:
- Do not disturb rodent habitats before application as it may affect animal behaviour and bait consumption.
- To increase bait consumption and reduce reinfestation risk, apply preventive measures (e.g. sealing holes, removing potential food sources).
- All poison must be placed in special, clearly marked bait stations fixed to the ground.
- The bait placement site should be clearly labelled, with product information visible and easy to read.
- In areas frequented by people or animals, cover poison with old boards or bricks.
- Exercise caution when placing poison to avoid water contamination (place at least 20 m from water sources).
- Poison must not be accessible to children and warm-blooded animals.
- Do not eat, drink or smoke while using the product.
- Wash hands and exposed skin after use.
- Regularly replenish poison - if completely consumed at a point, increase quantity.
- If bait consumption is too low compared to estimated infestation, consider relocating bait stations or changing product form. If after 35 days bait is still consumed but rodent activity persists, investigate cause of treatment failure. If bromadiolone resistance is suspected, use a product with a different rodenticide active substance. Consider non-chemical control methods (e.g. traps).
- After deratisation, remove bait stations and any bait found outside stations.
- Storage:
- in a closed room where food, drinks and animal feed are not stored,
- in original packaging,
- out of reach of children, birds, pets, livestock and non-target animals. - Protect from high temperature, sunlight and moisture.
- Users should return empty containers, unused product residues or expired products to authorised collection points or persons responsible for hazardous waste disposal. Comply with environmental regulations governing hazardous waste and packaging.
- Biocidal products must be used with caution. Read the label and product information before each use.
