Substral Naturen Antychwast Total Ultra is an effective foliar herbicide for controlling monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds. It contains a 100% natural active substance biodegradable in soil - it is organic. It controls weeds within 24 hours after spraying. Effects are visible already after 2 hours. The product is in concentrate form for preparing an aqueous solution (mixing with water).

The product is intended for use on paths, driveways, patios, along fences, walls, hedges, unused flower beds and garden plots before sowing or planting crops, around ornamental shrubs and trees.

WARNING! Do not use on lawn.

The product is intended for use with handheld sprayers (including backpack pressure sprayers).

Action of Naturen Antychwast Total Ultra Substral weed control product:

Substral Naturen Antychwast Total Ultra herbicide is intended for foliar application. It destroys green, above-ground parts of plants that come into direct contact with the product. In sprayed plants, cell membranes are destroyed and dehydration occurs, followed by growth inhibition, deformation and death. The product is most effective against weeds in early developmental stages (height no more than 10 cm), under conditions favourable for their intensive growth. The product works under various weather conditions, but the best results are achieved when applied on warm and sunny days. Under favourable conditions, the first symptoms of product action (necrosis on green parts of plants) can be seen already 2-3 hours after treatment.

The product does not have a long-term effect, i.e. weeds may reappear. Therefore, repeated applications may be necessary to control weeds in later developmental stages, newly germinated weeds, or if only partial control was achieved and regrowth occurred.

• pelargonic acid (a compound from the carboxylic acids group) - 56.5%.

• 1l concentrate is enough for 22l of solution, allowing treatment of 435m2.
• 500ml concentrate is enough for 11l of solution, allowing treatment of 217m2.
• 250ml concentrate is enough for 5l of solution, allowing treatment of 109m2.
• 140ml concentrate is enough to treat 60m2.

Pre-harvest interval - the period after product application during which animals and people may re-enter the area:

• Do not enter until the spray liquid on the plant surfaces is completely dry (applies also to children and pets).

Substral Naturen Antychwast Total Ultra weed control product - usage recommendations:

• During use, it is recommended to wear rubber gloves and footwear suitable for gardening work.
• Strictly observe the recommended product doses and water volumes during application.
• Ensure complete coverage of the target vegetation with spray liquid during application.
• Spray carefully to avoid spray liquid droplets reaching leaves and shoots of shrubs and trees due to risk of plant damage.
• Dead or wilting weeds can be buried or composted without risk of adverse effects on subsequently grown plants.
• Do not use the product:
  - directly on crops
  - on lawn
  - on impermeable surfaces such as concrete, asphalt or paving where the herbicide solution may run off onto neighbouring areas or into drains or gutters
  - in low temperatures (below 15 oC) or during rainfall
  - before expected rain, as rainfall occurring within 1 hour after spraying may reduce effectiveness
  - during windy conditions that may cause spray drift onto neighbouring crops and adjacent areas
• Use of the product is prohibited in the direct protection zone of water intakes.
• Do not contaminate water with the plant protection product or its packaging.
• Do not wash the sprayer near surface waters.
• Prevent spray liquid drift outside the application area.
• It is recommended to use the product outside periods of bee activity.
