Monalisa F1 is an early white cabbage variety with a vegetation period of 70–75 days, intended for the fresh market and processing due to its slightly sweet flavour. The heads are round, dark green, well balanced, with a short internal core, weighing from 1.5 to 2 kg and can remain in the field for a long time without the risk of cracking or rotting.
The variety shows high resistance to Fusarium fungi, which can cause leaf yellowing and damage to vascular bundles. The disease mainly appears on warm, dry days at the end of the vegetation period or during prolonged storage of the heads. The recommended sowing rate is 20,000–60,000 seeds/ha.
