Description

PT315 F1 - winter oilseed rape seeds with high yield potential

Advantages of PT315 winter oilseed rape seeds:

  • Resistance to turnip yellows virus (TuYV).
  • High yield potential - yield at 119% of the standard.
  • Exceptional growth dynamics in autumn - good preparation for winter even under delayed sowing conditions.
  • Deep-reaching root system.
  • Increased resistance to pod shattering and seed shedding.

Winter oilseed rape PT315 is the latest hybrid from the Pioneer breeding programme, registered in Poland in 2023, based on very high yield results in COBORU registration trials. In 2021, the variety ranked among the top highest-yielding varieties in its trial series, achieving a yield at 119% of the standard.

A hybrid from the segment of varieties resistant to turnip yellows virus (TuYV). Besides very high yield potential, attention should be paid to high lodging resistance, flexibility in site selection and very good health status, especially regarding dry sclerotinia stem rot (Rlm7 gene).

The variety has exceptional growth dynamics in autumn, allowing plants to prepare for winter even under delayed sowing conditions. In spring, PT315 starts quickly and develops intensively.

Increased resistance to pod shattering and seed shedding ensures lower losses during threshing, greater flexibility in harvest timing and reduces the problem of uneven crop maturity.

Due to the very strong soil profile penetration by the root system, PT315 is ideal for all types of cultivation simplifications.

Seed treatments available from Agrosimex:

PT315 winter oilseed rape seeds are always treated with the fungicide seed treatment Integral Pro (active ingredient bacillus amyloliquefaciens strain MB600), which protects against pathogens such as: dry sclerotinia stem rot, cabbage flea beetle (damage reduction), ground flea beetles (damage reduction).

PT315 winter oilseed rape seeds are also additionally treated with the insecticide seed treatment Lumiposa 625 FS (active ingredient cyantraniliprole), which protects against pests such as: ground flea beetles, cabbage flea beetle, cabbage root fly, rape blossom beetle.
