Description
ACTION OF AMISTAR PRIME:
Amistar Prime is a fungicide in the form of a suspension-emulsion with penetrating and systemic action. The product is mainly intended for preventive use in the control of fungal diseases.
Amistar Prime contains two active substances which together provide effective crop protection against fungal diseases. Azoxystrobin moves quickly within plant tissues, providing immediate protection, and also features the highest resistance to degradation under sunlight, which is crucial under intense sunlight conditions during vegetation.
The second substance, fenpropidine, exhibits strong curative action against powdery mildew of cereals and grasses in T0/T1 treatments. Its strong effect is especially useful when the pathogen is already present and a rapid and effective treatment is necessary.
AMISTAR PRIME ACTIVE SUBSTANCE CONTENT:
azoxystrobin (compound from the strobilurin group) – 150 g/l (14.5%),
fenpropidine (compound from the morpholine group) – 280 g/l (27.1%).
AMISTAR PRIME SCOPE OF USE, TIMING AND DOSES:
The product is intended for use with self-propelled or tractor-mounted field sprayers.
How to use Amistar Prime:
Winter wheat

Maximum/recommended dose for single application: 1.0 l/ha
Application timing: the product should be applied preventively or immediately after the first symptoms of diseases are observed, from the beginning of stem elongation (start of stem growth) to the end of heading (all spikelets emerge from the sheath, the ear fully visible) (BBCH 30-59).
Number of treatments: 1
Recommended water volume: 200-300 l/ha
Adjust water volume according to plant size and density.
Recommended spraying: fine droplet.
Maximum number of treatments per growing season: 1
Note: the product shows a moderate level of effectiveness in protecting winter wheat against septoria leaf blotch.
