Corida
Corida is a concentrated herbicide that precisely eliminates troublesome dicotyledonous weeds by blocking their life processes.
Description
ACTION OF CORIDA:
Corida is a specialised selective systemic herbicide that provides an effective solution for spring control of dicotyledonous weeds in cereals. The preparation, in the form of modern water-dispersible granules (WDG), is characterised by rapid uptake through leaves and, to a lesser extent, through the root system of unwanted plants. After application, the active substance moves directly to the growth points, where it inhibits the biosynthesis of key amino acids. This process leads to an almost immediate cessation of weed growth, protecting the yield potential of the crop. Thanks to the high concentration of the active substance, the product ensures high efficacy at low doses per hectare.
Advantages of using Corida:
- Rapid elimination of competition: Quickly stops weed growth, allowing cereals free access to nutrients and water.
- High systemic efficacy: The preparation circulates within the plant, reaching the most active growth zones of the weeds.
- Application flexibility: A wide application window allows treatment from the jointing stage up to the flag leaf stage.
- Economical formula: High concentration of tribenuron methyl enables precise dosing and effective protection with a small amount of product.
- Excellent solubility: The WDG form facilitates preparation of a homogeneous spray liquid, resulting in even field coverage.
CORIDA ACTIVE SUBSTANCE CONTENT:
tribenuron methyl (a compound from the sulfonylurea derivatives group) - 750 g/kg (75%).
CORIDA SCOPE OF USE, TIMING AND DOSES:
Corida - effect on weeds:
The product most effectively destroys annual weeds in the phase of intensive growth, from emergence to the 6-leaf stage.
- Sensitive weeds: common chickweed, scentless mayweed, shepherd's purse.
- Moderately sensitive weeds: field pansy.
How to use Corida:
Winter wheat, winter barley
Maximum dose for single application: 25 g/ha.
Recommended dose for single application: 20-25 g/ha.
Application timing: apply early spring, from the first node stage to the flag leaf stage (BBCH 31 - 39).
Recommended water volume: 200 - 400 l/ha.
Recommended spraying: medium droplet size.
Maximum number of treatments per growing season: 1.
CORIDA PRE-HARVEST INTERVAL:
Winter wheat, winter barley – 30 days.
