Olomouc Parsley

A late variety (vegetation period 185-205 days) with very good quality, healthy roots and leaves. The roots are very shapely, long (22-24 cm), evenly tapering downwards; they have smooth, light skin and do not fork. The flesh is aromatic, white-cream, compact. Resistant to long storage. Excellent for the fresh market and processing. Sow at a depth of 1.5-2.5 cm from mid-March to mid-May. Winter sowing can be done from mid-October to November.
