YELLOW ONION NICO F1 - VARIETY FEATURES:
Nico F1 is a mid-early onion variety of the Rijnsburger type, excellent for very long storage – even until June. It features a golden-brown, strong skin and a round shape with a thin neck, ensuring a high quality yield.
The plants have strong vigour and erect leaves, which ensures good ventilation of the crop and even development of the onion. The deep and strong root system enables the variety to perform well even under stressful conditions.
Nico F1 shows increased resistance to Fusarium, and thanks to its exceptional firmness, the bulbs can be stored loose, also in high heaps. It is a variety a few days earlier than Centro, guaranteeing a plentiful and reliable yield, ideal for producers focused on quality and long storage life.
