YELLOW ONION NICO F1
The Nico F1 onion variety is a mid-early, reliable choice for demanding growers. YELLOW ONION NICO F1 - VARIETY FEATURES:
Nico F1 is a mid-early onion variety of the Rijnsburger type, excellent for very long storage – even until June. It is characterised by a golden-brown, strong skin and a round shape with a thin neck, ensuring a high yield quality.
The plants feature strong vigour and upright leaves, which ensures good ventilation of the crop and even onion development. The deep and strong root system enables the variety to perform well even under stress conditions.
Nico F1 shows increased resistance to Fusarium, and thanks to the exceptional firmness, the onions can be stored loose, also in high heaps. This variety is a few days earlier than Centro, guaranteeing a plentiful and reliable yield, ideal for producers focused on quality and long storage durability.
