Description

Rodicum Extra SBM - paste poison for rats and voles

  • Contains a unique blend of fats and carbohydrates.
  • Effectively attracts all individuals.
  • The amount of active substance is adjusted to new EU requirements.
  • No resistance to the active substance (the formulation is new and available only under the SBM brand).
  • Maximises user safety - contains Bitrex to discourage accidental ingestion.
  • Blue colour - invisible to birds.
  • 100% effectiveness in rat control confirmed by laboratory tests.
  • Over 90% effectiveness in vole control.
  • 1 sachet = 10g.

Rodicum Extra is a ready-to-use bait (in sachets) for the control of voles around buildings and rats inside and around buildings.

In Convenient Sachets

Portions of paste are packed in convenient sachets, making bait dosing easier.

No Resistance in Rodents

Rodicum Extra does not cause resistance in rodents to the active substance contained - resistance to other substances such as bromadiolone or difenacoum has been observed in some countries.

More Effective than Bromadiolone

Rodicum Extra poison controls both the common vole and field vole, as well as brown and black rats, making it more effective than products based on the active substance Bromadiolone. The product’s effectiveness is 100% for rat control and 90% for vole control - confirmed by studies (conducted by: Bundesamt für Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitsmedizin, BAuA).

Controls the Entire Rat Population

Thanks to delayed action, rats do not associate the consumed poison with the death of the scout. All rats in the nest die.

Tasty Bait

The paste is moist enough so rodents do not need to drink water. The rodent will consume an appropriate amount of poison at once.

Moisture-Resistant Poison

For use around and inside buildings.

Rodicum Extra - active substance:

  • Kumatetralyl 0.0027%.

Ready-to-use Rodicum Extra poison - targeted rodents:

  • Voles (common vole and field vole) around buildings.
  • Rats (brown and black) inside and around buildings.

Rodicum Extra SBM rat and vole poison - usage instructions:

  • Place sachets with poison without removing bait from sachets.
  • Conduct regular inspections of bait stations at least every 5-7 days at the start of rodent control, then at least once a week.
  • Replenish bait consumed by rodents and remove dead rats and voles.

Before starting treatment:

  • Remove other potential food sources for rodents, e.g. spilled grain or food scraps.
  • Place bait stations in direct proximity to areas where rodent activity has been observed, such as paths, nesting sites, livestock feeding areas, holes and burrows.
  • Where possible, secure bait stations to the ground or other structures.

Follow these rules:

  • Do not remove bait from sachets.
  • Place bait stations in locations inaccessible to children, birds, pets, livestock and non-target animals.
  • Place bait stations away from food, drinks and animal feed, as well as kitchen utensils and surfaces in contact with them.
  • Do not place bait stations near areas where they may come into contact with surface waters. Bait stations should be placed in locations protected from flooding.
  • Replace any bait that has been damaged by water or contaminated.

Rodicum Extra SBM - dosage:

Rat control:

  • Use 200 g of bait per bait station.
  • If more than one bait station is needed, the minimum distance between them should be 5 to 20 m.

Vole control:
