Bagira 04 EC
Bagiera 040 EC is a herbicide in the form of a concentrate for preparing an aqueous emulsion. The product is intended for selective control of annual and perennial monocotyledonous weeds in arable and vegetable crops.
Description
How to use Bagiera 040 EC?
Bagiera 040 EC active substance:
chizalofop-P-tefuryl (a compound from the aryloxyphenoxypropionic acid derivatives group) - 40 g/l (4.38%)
Action of Bagiera 040 EC:
Bagiera 040 EC is a selective herbicide with systemic action, which is rapidly absorbed through the leaves and then translocated to the roots and rhizomes of weeds, causing inhibition of their growth and development. Symptoms of the product's action include yellowing and subsequently drying of the youngest leaves. The first symptoms appear approximately 6-10 days after treatment, with full effect visible after about 14-20 days.
Cool and dry weather does not reduce the product's efficacy but delays its action. Warm weather and adequately moist soil accelerate the product's action by speeding up absorption by actively growing weeds. Rainfall occurring one hour after treatment does not affect the product's effectiveness.
Annual monocotyledonous weeds are most sensitive to the product from the 2-leaf stage to the beginning of tillering, while perennial weeds (e.g. couch grass) are sensitive at the 4-6 leaf stage.
