Cothket 306 SE
Cothket is an advanced selective herbicide with systemic action, combining the power of two active substances for effective control of dicotyledonous weeds in cereal and maize crops.
Description
ACTION OF COTHKET 306 SE:
Cothket 306 SE is a preparation distinguished by a dual mechanism of weed control, resulting from the combination of florasulam and 2,4-D. The first substance blocks the synthesis of key amino acids, leading to disruptions in protein structure, while the second, acting like a synthetic hormone, disrupts growth processes and cell division. The effect of this synergy is rapid deformation of weeds, inhibition of their development, and consequently complete death. The product is absorbed through the leaves and systemically transported within the plant, destroying it entirely. Optimal results are achieved during warm and humid weather, with herbicidal activity maintained at daily temperatures above 5°C.
Advantages of using Cothket 306 SE:
- Dual mode of action: The combination of two chemical groups (HRAC 2 and 4) prevents resistance and increases treatment effectiveness.
- Rapid herbicidal effect: Visible deformations and growth inhibition of weeds occur shortly after application.
- Control of difficult weeds: High efficacy against troublesome dicotyledonous species, including cleavers, cornflower, and white goosefoot.
- Application flexibility: Possible application in winter and spring cereals as well as maize across a wide range of growth stages.
- Effectiveness at low temperatures: Effective crop protection from 5°C, which is crucial during early spring treatments.
COTHKET 306 SE ACTIVE SUBSTANCE CONTENT:
2,4-D (a compound from the phenoxy acid group) - 300 g/l (27.96%).
florasulam (a compound from the triazolopyrimidine group) – 6.25 g/l (0.56%)
COTHKET 306 SE SCOPE OF USE, TIMING AND DOSES:
