Description
MODE OF ACTION OF GROGREEN CU-RE:
The action of the GROGREEN Cu-re preparation is based on an intelligent combination of copper with amino acids, which act as natural chelating agents and carriers. Thanks to this, copper is rapidly absorbed through the leaves and efficiently transported (translocated) within the tissues, allowing immediate correction of deficiencies and restoration of proper metabolism without causing chemical stress to the plant.
Regular application of the preparation actively supports chlorophyll formation and the activation of key enzymes. This translates into a visible improvement in crop vigour. Furthermore, copper combined with amino acids and sulphur strongly stimulates the natural defence mechanisms of plants. Crops become significantly more resistant to abiotic stresses and pathogen pressure, ensuring healthier growth and maximising yield potential.

Advantages of using GROGREEN Cu-re:
- Rapid deficiency correction: Quickly and accurately eliminates copper deficiencies, restoring balanced, healthy metabolism in the plant.
- Optimised uptake: Amino acids act as natural chelates, significantly improving the rate of absorption and transport within tissues.
- Increased vigour and energy: Activates enzymes and enhances chlorophyll production, providing the plant with energy for intensive growth.
- Strong protective shield: Clearly increases the natural resistance of crops to environmental stresses and disease attacks.
- Complete safety: The suspension, amino acid-based formula drastically reduces the risk of phytotoxicity. The product is ideal for fruits, vegetables, cereals and ornamental plants.

Frequently Asked Questions about Grogreen Cu-re
What is Grogreen Cu-re?
Grogreen Cu-re is a nutritional product containing copper complexed with glycine. The complex form improves the stability and solubility of copper and facilitates its uptake in foliar application.
What is Grogreen Cu-re used for?
The product is used for prophylactic or interventional supplementation of copper in crops. It can be applied during periods of increased plant demand and after identifying deficiency symptoms.
In which crops can Grogreen Cu-re be used?
The product can be used among others in cereals, maize, vegetables, legumes, orchard crops, vineyards, sunflower and other crops requiring copper supplementation.
Why is glycine used in the product?
Glycine is a small, natural amino acid. Complexing copper with glycine helps maintain it in a soluble form, facilitates uptake through leaves and may reduce the risk of phytotoxicity compared to some simple copper salts.
How does Grogreen Cu-re differ from Cu-EDTA?
Grogreen Cu-re uses biodegradable glycine instead of the synthetic chelator EDTA. The copper-glycine complex is intended among others for effective foliar fertilisation and can be easily utilised by plants.
How does Grogreen Cu-re differ from copper sulphate?
Copper in sulphate occurs as a simple salt, which under certain conditions may increase the risk of leaf damage or react with other solution components. Complexing with glycine stabilises copper and may increase the safety of foliar application.
When is the best time to apply Grogreen Cu-re in cereals?
The most commonly recommended timing is the tillering stage or the beginning of intensive vegetative growth. The timing should be adjusted to the condition of the plantation and diagnostic results.
What concentration should be used in foliar spray?
The typical concentration ranges from 0.2 to 0.5%. For young or particularly sensitive plants, consider reducing the concentration to about 0.1%, according to the application instructions.
Can Grogreen Cu-re be mixed with other fertilisers?
Mixing compatibility depends on the composition and pH of other products. Caution is especially required with phosphates, strongly alkaline products, sulphur, strong chelators and some pesticides. A mixture test should be performed before treatment.
