EFFECT OF SUBSTRAL 100 DAYS FERTILISER FOR CONIFERS
Substral 100 days fertiliser for conifers is a specialised product designed for planting and fertilising conifers and other acid-loving plants such as rhododendrons, azaleas, camellias, magnolias, hydrangeas, heathers, and blueberries.
After spreading and watering, the fertiliser gradually dissolves in the soil, releasing nutrients over a period of up to 100 days. This process is controlled by natural factors such as temperature and humidity, ensuring plants receive a small, tailored dose of nutrients daily.
Plant roots can utilise up to 70% of the nutrients contained in the fertiliser, which is significantly higher than with traditional granules. This makes the fertiliser very effective, with minimal risk of over-fertilisation.
Long-lasting and even nutrition ensures healthy growth and abundant flowering of conifers and acid-loving plants throughout the season. One or two fertilisations per year are sufficient, making the fertiliser convenient and economical.
HOW TO USE SUBSTRAL 100 DAYS FERTILISER FOR CONIFERS?
Tall plants (e.g. 3 m conifer): use 100 g of fertiliser per metre of plant length.
Example: a 3 m tall conifer requires about 300 g of fertiliser.
Low plants: spread 70 g of fertiliser per 1 m² of surface area.
After spreading the fertiliser, water the plants thoroughly to activate the fertiliser and allow nutrients to be released into the soil.
