A new variety for late autumn harvest and storage until April. Due to its very high yield and compact, white internal structure, it is recommended for pickling, mainly after storage, during winter and spring. Structura is a variety very similar to the well-known and proven Strukton variety for many years, but it stands out with much better uniformity and consequently higher yield. It forms perfectly round and high-set heads, which also enables mechanical harvesting.
