Winter wheat Debian seeds ASX C1
Debian is a population variety of common wheat with an exceptionally high yield potential, confirmed by both the results of BSA registration trials in Germany (maximum score 9/9) and field experience in Poland.
Description
Debian is a very productive variety of common wheat from the bread wheat group, distinguished by a high yield potential in both simplified and intensive cultivation technologies. It is one of the few population varieties that achieved the maximum yield rating – 9/9 – in BSA registration trials in Germany. It has also confirmed its high performance in Poland, ranking among the top highest-yielding varieties. Debian features very good health, especially resistance to fusarium of the ears. High resistance to wheat bulb fly is ensured by the presence of the SM1 gene, which protects against yield losses and quality decline. This variety also has good tillering ability, allowing successful late sowing, e.g. after maize grain or sugar beet harvest.
Main features of the Debian variety:
- Very high yield – confirmed in Poland and Germany (9/9 in BSA) Population variety with high stability
- High health, particularly resistance to fusarium of the ears SM1 gene – effective protection against wheat bulb fly
- Good tillering – possibility of late sowing
- Purpose: bread wheat
Debian is an excellent choice for farmers seeking a stable, high-yielding and resistant variety that performs well under various cultivation conditions.
