Description

MODE OF ACTION OF AZOXONE 250 SC:

Azoxone 250 SC is a modern and reliable fungicide characterised by a dual translocation mechanism: local and systemic. After application, the active substance not only immediately penetrates through the waxy layer into the leaf interior but also circulates within the plant with its sap. This means the product protects the plant from within, effectively safeguarding even those tissue parts not directly covered by the spray liquid.

The product shows the highest effectiveness when applied preventively – it creates a tight protective shield on the plant, preventing fungal spore germination and infection development. Using Azoxone 250 SC just before the first disease symptoms appear allows blocking the development of fungal pathogens at a very early stage, ensuring a healthy and high yield, whether protecting a wheat field, oilseed rape, or valuable vegetable crops.

ACTIVE SUBSTANCE CONTENT:

azoxystrobin (compound from the strobilurin group) - 250 g/l (22.3%)

Advantages of using Azoxone 250 SC:

  • Local and systemic action: Ensures comprehensive movement of the substance within the plant, protecting it from the inside and making the treatment rainfast.
  • Powerful prevention: Applied preventively, it acts like a reliable vaccine, completely blocking the development of dangerous fungal diseases.
  • Exceptional versatility: One of the most versatile products on the market, effective in key agricultural crops as well as many field and greenhouse vegetable species.

Pre-harvest interval:

  • Cereals - 35 days
  • Hops - 28 days
  • Winter oilseed rape, leek - 21 days
  • Onion, garlic, shallot, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, cauliflower, pea grown for green seeds, celeriac, carrot, lettuce - 14 days
  • Potato, runner bean - 7 days
  • Sweet pepper, tomato - 3 days
