Polygreen WP
POLYGREEN FUNGICIDE WP is an innovative, biological fungicide and biostimulant. It contains a living organism – Pythium oligandrum M1, which parasitises pathogens (e.g. sclerotinia stem rot, fusarium) and stimulates plant resistance and growth (phytohormones…

Description
ACTION OF POLYGREEN FUNGICIDE WP:
POLYGREEN FUNGICIDE WP is a modern solution in biological plant protection, using natural defence and stimulating mechanisms. Its action is based on the microbiological organism – Pythium oligandrum M1.
The mode of action is multi-directional:
- Parasitism and Competition: Pythium oligandrum, colonising the root zone and pathogen hyphae, competes with pathogenic fungi for nutrients and space. In the case of foliar spraying, it decomposes pathogenic fungal hyphae through enzymatic breakdown.
- Resistance Stimulation: Contact of the mycelium with young plant tissue activates its resistance mechanisms, making it more resistant to pathogen attack.
- Growth Support: The fungus stimulates plant growth by releasing phytohormones and providing readily available phosphorus and sugars, which is especially valuable in early developmental stages.
Thanks to this comprehensive action, the product is ideal for use in treatment sequences, both in autumn, strengthening plants before winter, and in spring, protecting key yield elements (stems and ears).
Advantages of using POLYGREEN FUNGICIDE WP:
- Biological Mode of Action: Utilises the power of nature (Pythium oligandrum) to protect crops.
- Protection and Biostimulation in One: Simultaneously combats pathogens and stimulates plant growth and resistance.
- Effectiveness Against Key Diseases: Controls sclerotinia stem rot, dry cabbage rot, and fusarium of ears.
- Versatile Application: Can be applied at key growth stages of oilseed rape and cereals (autumn/spring/heading).
- No pre-harvest interval.
