Substral Roundup AntyChwast Total Ultra is an effective foliar herbicide for the control of monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds. It contains 100% natural active substance biodegradable in soil - it is eco-friendly. Controls weeds within 24 hours after spraying. Effects visible after just 2 hours. Product in concentrate form for preparation of aqueous solution (mixing with water).

The product is intended for use on paths, driveways, patios, along fences, walls, hedges, unused beds and plots before sowing or planting the crop, around ornamental shrubs and trees.

The product is designed for use with handheld sprayers (including backpack pressure sprayers).

Action of Roundup AntyChwast Total Ultra weed control product:

Substral Roundup AntyChwast Total Ultra herbicide is intended for foliar application. It destroys green, above-ground parts of plants that come into direct contact with the product. In treated plants, cell membranes are destroyed and dehydration occurs, followed by growth inhibition, deformation and death. The product is most effective against weeds in early developmental stages (height no more than 10 cm), under conditions favourable for their intensive growth. It works under various weather conditions, but best results are obtained when applied on warm and sunny days. Under favourable conditions, first symptoms of product action (necrosis on green parts of plants) can be seen within 2-3 hours after treatment.

The product does not have a long-term effect, meaning weeds may reappear. Therefore, repeated applications may be necessary to control weeds in later developmental stages, newly germinated weeds, or if only partial control was achieved and regrowth occurred.

Composition of Substral Roundup AntyChwast Total Ultra herbicide:

• pelargonic acid (a compound from the carboxylic acid group) - 59.1%.

Substral Roundup AntyChwast Total Ultra - efficiency:

• 1l concentrate is enough for 22l solution, allowing treatment of 435m2.
• 500ml concentrate is enough for 11l solution, allowing treatment of 217m2.
• 250ml concentrate is enough for 5l solution, allowing treatment of 109m2.
• 140ml concentrate is enough to treat 60m2.

Pre-harvest interval - period after product application during which animals and people may re-enter the treated area:

• Do not enter until the spray liquid has completely dried on the plant surfaces (applies also to children and pets).

Recommendations for use of Substral Roundup AntyChwast Total Ultra weed control product:

• During application, it is recommended to wear rubber gloves and footwear suitable for gardening work.
• Strictly adhere to recommended product doses and water volumes during treatment.
• Ensure complete coverage of the target vegetation with spray liquid during application.
• Spray carefully to avoid spray liquid droplets reaching leaves and shoots of shrubs and trees to prevent plant damage.
• Dead or wilting weeds can be buried or composted without risk of adverse effects on subsequently grown plants.
• Do not use the product:
  - directly on crop plants
  - on lawns
  - on impermeable surfaces such as concrete, asphalt or paving where herbicide solution may run off to neighbouring areas or into drains or gutters
  - in low temperatures (below 15 °C) or during rainfall
  - before expected rain, as rainfall within 1 hour after spraying may reduce effectiveness
  - during windy conditions that may cause spray drift onto neighbouring crops and adjacent areas
• Use of the product is prohibited in the immediate protection zones of water intakes.
• Do not contaminate water with plant protection product or its packaging.
• Do not wash sprayer near surface waters.
• Prevent spray liquid drift outside the application area.
• It is recommended to apply the product outside periods of bee activity.
