Taifun Hobby 360 SL is a non-selective herbicide with systemic action for foliar application. It is available as a concentrate for preparing an aqueous solution (SL). It controls monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds including roots, as well as grass. Intended for weed control in gardens, allotments, near fruit trees and ornamental shrubs, as well as on paths, sidewalks and near fences.

The plant protection product Taifun Hobby 360 SL is intended for use with handheld sprayers.

Herbicide Taifun Hobby 360 SL - mode of action on weeds:

Taifun Hobby 360 SL is absorbed through the green parts of plants (green shoots, leaves and non-lignified bark), then translocated throughout the plant. Finally, it reaches the underground parts (roots, rhizomes, etc.) causing their death.

First symptoms of the product's action (yellowing and wilting) appear 7–10 days after treatment. Complete plant death occurs after 2–3 weeks. High temperature and humidity as well as strong sunlight accelerate the product's action.

Rinse empty packaging three times with water, pour the rinsate into the sprayer tank with the spray liquid, top up with water to the required volume and mix thoroughly. Top up with water to the required volume again, mix thoroughly and use immediately. Stir the spray liquid periodically during spraying. In case of breaks in spraying, mix the spray liquid thoroughly before resuming work.

Taifun Hobby 360 SL - usage instructions:

  • Do not use Taifun Hobby 360 SL in public parks and gardens, sports and recreational areas, schools, kindergartens, nurseries or healthcare facilities.
  • Spray preferably on a windless day or with very light wind that does not cause drift of the spray liquid onto neighbouring crops and areas. Use a sprayer with shields.
  • Spray all green parts of weeds thoroughly, avoiding runoff of the spray liquid.
  • Protect nearby plants and soil by covering them, e.g. with plastic foil.
  • After drying, fold the foil with the upper side inward so that the clean (unsprayed) side can be used for protecting plants during the next use.
  • Avoid walking on previously sprayed surfaces to prevent damage to cultivated plants by spray liquid carried on footwear.
  • Prevent the product from entering water used for irrigation as well as water reservoirs and watercourses.
  • Do not apply the product:
    - before weed emergence,
    - on leaves, shoots and non-lignified bark of trees and shrubs due to risk of plant damage,
    - on wet plants,
    - before expected rain (rainfall within 6 hours after spraying may reduce effectiveness).
  • During application, prevent:
    - drift of spray liquid onto neighbouring crops and adjacent areas,
    - overlapping of spray liquid at the edges of treated areas.
