Admiral 100 EC – effective control of whitefly under cover

Admiral 100 EC is a modern insecticide in the form of a concentrate for preparing an emulsifiable concentrate (EC), intended for the protection of vegetables and ornamental plants grown in greenhouses and polytunnels. It contains pyriproxyfen (100 g/l) – an active substance from the juvenile hormone analogues group (IRAC 7C), acting differently than classic neurotoxins.

Mode of action

• Maximum 2 treatments (vegetables) or 1 treatment (ornamental plants)
• Interval between treatments: minimum 10 days
• Application timing: up to 80% of fruits with typical colour (BBCH 88)

Pre-harvest interval

• Tomato, sweet pepper, cucumber, aubergine (under cover): 3 days
• Ornamental plants: not applicable
