Description
ACTION OF KLEOPATRA 120 EC:
Kleopatra 120 EC is a systemic graminicide which, after being applied to the leaves of weeds, is rapidly absorbed and transported to the underground parts of the plant – roots and rhizomes. This means the product not only destroys the green parts of the weeds but also permanently inhibits their regrowth. The first symptoms, manifested by characteristic yellowing and drying of the youngest leaves, are visible about 7 days after treatment.
A unique feature of the product is its exceptional rainfastness – rain occurring just one hour after spraying does not reduce its effectiveness. The highest efficiency is achieved when the product is applied during warm weather and on moist soil, which stimulates intensive weed growth and accelerates the action of the active substance. It is a safe solution for dicotyledonous plants, allowing effective inter-row weed control without the risk of phytotoxicity to the main crop.
CONTENT OF ACTIVE SUBSTANCES:
clethodim (compound from the cyclohexanedione group) - 120 g/l (13.0%)
Advantages of using Kleopatra 120 EC:
- Rapid rainfastness: The product is fully safe from being washed off by rain just 60 minutes after application.
- Total elimination of couch grass: Effectively destroys not only leaves but also couch grass rhizomes, preventing its secondary infestation.
- Wide safety spectrum: Registration covers key arable, vegetable crops and strawberry plantations.
- Fast systemic transport: Very rapid movement of the substance within weeds ensures high effectiveness even at lower doses on annual grasses.
Pre-harvest interval:
- Winter oilseed rape - 120 days
- Sugar beet, potato, onion - 56 days
- Carrot - 40 days
- Strawberry - 30 days
- Head cabbage - 28 days
