MODE OF ACTION OF BACTIM DELTA:

The action of the BACTIM DELTA preparation is based on the rapid and effective colonisation of leaf surfaces and the root zone (rhizosphere) by beneficial bacteria. These microorganisms form a physical and biological barrier on the above-ground parts of plants, which directly discourages pests from feeding and reduces damage caused by moth caterpillars. At the same time, the presence of bacteria acts as an alarm signal for the plant, activating its natural systemic resistance (ISR – Induced Systemic Resistance).

In addition to its protective function, the preparation has outstanding biostimulant properties. The bacteria support metabolic processes, including the efficiency of photosynthesis and the uptake of nutrients from the soil. As a result, plants subjected to biotic stress (pest attack) can regenerate much faster, maintain high vigour and ultimately produce a yield with better quantitative and qualitative parameters.

BACTIM DELTA - SCOPE OF USE, TIMING AND DOSES:

Tip: To determine the ideal moment for treatment, it is recommended to use pheromone traps to monitor moth flights. This allows precise assessment of pest pressure.

Agricultural, horticultural, vegetable and ornamental crops

Target problems:	Protection against damage caused by moth larvae (Lepidoptera).
Single dose:	1 kg/ha
Number of treatments:	2 to 5 treatments per season (interval between treatments: at least 7 days).
Optimal application timing:	Period of egg presence (the so-called black head phase) and young caterpillars (L1–L2 stages), just before the start of intensive feeding.
Application method:	Fine droplet foliar spray. Ensure thorough coverage of the above-ground parts with the working liquid.
Weather conditions:	Apply strictly under limited sunlight conditions – preferably in the evening hours or with low UV radiation intensity.
