Description
DONNA CORNLEONE HERBICIDE PACKAGE FOR 5HA:
Donna Cornleone is an innovative herbicide package that represents an advanced crop protection solution, distinguished by a unique composition of four active substances from four different chemical groups. Such a strategic combination of active ingredients not only provides a broad spectrum of weed control but primarily constitutes an effective anti-resistance strategy, minimising the risk of resistance development in unwanted plants.
To ensure the best results, it contains full registered doses. The product effectively limits weed emergence for 6-8 weeks after application and offers a long application period after maize emergence (from 2 to 7 leaves). It is recommended for Integrated Production, emphasising its sustainable character.
PACKAGE FOR 1HA CONTAINS:
-Tazoprym 5l
-Flocorn 5l
-Mentum 5l
MODE OF ACTION OF TAZOPRYM 500SC:
Tazoprym 500 SC is a selective systemic herbicide intended for the control of dicotyledonous weeds in maize cultivation. The product is applied to the soil – the active substance is mainly absorbed through the roots and to a lesser extent through the leaves. The herbicide causes leaf chlorosis (especially between veins and on edges/tips), often unnoticed due to weed death in the seedlings. It controls weeds from germination to 4 leaves and limits their emergence for 6-8 weeks, preventing secondary weed infestation. Moderate rainfall and warmth enhance its action.
The product is in a convenient concentrate form as a water-dilutable suspension (SC).
TAZOPRYM 500 SC ACTIVE SUBSTANCE CONTENT:
terbuthylazine (compound from the triazine group) – 500 g/L (45.25%)
TAZOPRYM 500 SC SCOPE OF USE, TIMING AND DOSES:
The product is intended for use with self-propelled or tractor-mounted field sprayers.
Tazoprym 500 SC - effect on weeds:
Pre-emergence application - Product 1.0 l/ha + adjuvant 0.2 l/ha
Sensitive weeds: field pansy, scentless mayweed, rough pigweed, shepherd's purse
Moderately sensitive weeds: small geranium, cornflower, common chickweed, white goosefoot, cleavers, climbing smartweed
How to apply Tazoprym 500 SC :
Maize
Recommended/maximum dose for single application: 1.0 l/ha.
Apply the product in mixture with an adjuvant:
Tazoprym 500 SC 1.0 l/ha + HYDRON 0.2 l/ha
Application timing: apply pre-emergence at dry seed stage (BBCH 00)
Maximum number of treatments per growing season: 1.
Recommended water volume: 200-300 l/ha.
Recommended spraying: medium droplet size.
TAZOPRYM 500 SC PRE-HARVEST INTERVAL:
not required
MODE OF ACTION OF FLOCORN 103 EC:
Flocorn is a selective systemic herbicide for foliar application intended for the control of monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds in maize cultivation. The product contains two active substances with different modes of action, mainly absorbed through weed leaves, less through roots, and then rapidly translocated within the plant. The product’s effect manifests as leaf whitening, growth inhibition, and weed development restriction.
The effect is visible 5-7 days after treatment, with complete weed death occurring about 14 days after application. An advantage of the product is a wide application window: after crop emergence - from 2 to 8 maize leaves.
The product is available as a convenient concentrate in the form of a water-dilutable suspension (SC).
FLOCORN 103 SC ACTIVE SUBSTANCE CONTENT:
florasulam (compound from the triazolopyrimidine group) – 3 g/l (0.28%)
mesotrione (compound from the triketone group) – 100 g/l (9.42%)
FLOCORN 103 SC SCOPE OF USE, TIMING AND DOSES:
The product is intended for use with self-propelled or tractor-mounted field sprayers.
Flocorn 103 SC - effect on weeds:
DOSE 1l/ha:
Sensitive weeds: scentless chamomile, common chamomile, shepherd's purse, field pennycress, smallflower yellowcress.
Moderately sensitive weeds: small geranium, cornflower, field pansy, common chickweed, white goosefoot, scentless mayweed (coastal), cleavers, climbing smartweed, volunteer oilseed rape.
Resistant weeds: annual grass.
DOSE 1.25l/ha:
Sensitive weeds: field pansy, common chickweed, white goosefoot, scentless mayweed (coastal), cleavers, climbing smartweed, common chamomile, scentless chamomile, shepherd's purse, field pennycress, smallflower yellowcress.
Moderately sensitive weeds: small geranium, cornflower, annual grass, volunteer oilseed rape.
How to apply Flocorn 103 SC :
Maize grown for silage, grain and bioethanol
Maximum dose for single application: 1.25 l/ha.
Recommended dose for single application: 1.0-1.25 l/ha.
The higher dose should be used under higher weed infestation or at a more advanced weed growth stage.
Application timing: apply from 2-leaf to 8-leaf stage of maize (BBCH 12-18).
Maximum number of treatments per growing season: 1.
Recommended water volume: 200 – 300 l/ha.
Recommended spraying: medium droplet size.
FLOCORN 103 SC PRE-HARVEST INTERVAL:
not required
MODE OF ACTION OF MENTUM 040 OD:
Mentum 040 OD is a non-selective systemic herbicide intended for the control of monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds in maize cultivation. The product is applied foliarly – absorbed mainly through leaves and rapidly translocated within the plant, inhibiting its development and growth. Initially, it causes gradual plant discoloration until complete weed death about 20-25 days after treatment. The product is in a convenient oil suspension form for dilution with water.
The product is most effective on young, actively growing weeds in the 2-4 leaf stage (dicotyledonous weeds) or from 3 leaves to the end of tillering (monocotyledonous weeds). Warm and humid weather accelerates the product’s action, while dry conditions may delay it.
MENTUM 040 OD ACTIVE SUBSTANCE CONTENT:
nikosulfuron (compound from the sulfonylurea derivatives group) - 40 g/l (4.15%)
MENTUM 040 OD SCOPE OF USE, TIMING AND DOSES:
