How does Substral Osmocote 2in1 Roses fertiliser work?

Substral Osmocote 2in1 Roses fertiliser combines the power of two types of granules - coated and uncoated.

Uncoated granules immediately provide nutrients to the plant, with effects visible within 7 days.

Coated granules ensure a steady release of nutrients thanks to an organic resin coating. This protective layer provides continuous fertilisation for up to 6 months and prevents direct contact with roots, protecting them from the risk of burning and over-fertilisation.

The fertiliser releases a small daily dose under the influence of temperature and moisture, feeding flowers every day throughout the season (the process is adapted to the growth rate of the flowers). 1 application of Osmocote = 5 applications of regular granules.

Substral Osmocote 2in1 Roses fertiliser - composition:

  • NPK (Mg) 22-07-14 (2.5) % (w/w) with a mixture of micronutrients.
