Toluron 700 SC is a selective herbicide in the form of a concentrated suspension concentrate for dilution with water (SC). It has systemic action. It is used soil-applied or foliar to control blackgrass and annual dicotyledonous weeds in arable crops.

Toluron 700 SC is intended for use by professional users with self-propelled or tractor-mounted field sprayers.

Toluron 700 SC Adama - mode of action:

Toluron 700 SC contains an active substance classified as a photosystem II inhibitor of photosynthesis. The product is absorbed by the roots and leaves of weeds. The first symptoms appear after several days as visible chlorosis in the interveinal areas, edges and tips of the oldest (lower) leaves, which is replaced by necrosis. This is followed by increasingly strong inhibition of plant growth.

Blackgrass is most effectively controlled from germination to the end of tillering, and dicotyledonous weeds from germination to the 6-leaf stage.
