Description
Chives Bohemia
Perennial plant, medium height, very high yielding. Produces aromatic, delicate, intensely green, thin chive leaves with a high vitamin C content and a sharp flavour. Suitable for spring and autumn cultivation. Suitable for multiple harvests. Very hardy in winter without cover. Sow in spring from late March to May in a cold frame or seedbed. Transplant seedlings to the ground in May-June, 5-8 plants together. Direct sowing into the ground at 1-2cm depth in April.
